Terms of service

Last updated: 16 June 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using PullPress, you agree to these terms. If you use PullPress on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization.

2. The service

PullPress is a content management interface for websites whose content lives in Git. Editors write in a friendly editor; PullPress turns changes into commits and pull requests in your connected GitHub repository, with review and history.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to your content. It lives in your own GitHub repository, not ours. You grant PullPress permission to access and modify that repository through the GitHub App solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use PullPress to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Plans & billing

Free covers a single site with one writer. Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed through Stripe; Pro is billed per writing seat, Agency is a monthly base fee plus a fee per active (non-archived) client site. Reading and approving are always free. Changes to your team or your connected sites adjust your bill automatically, prorated; you can change plan or cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. AI features

AI helpers produce suggestions (translations, summaries, quality checks, generated images). A human always reviews and saves the result; AI never publishes on its own. You are responsible for content you choose to publish, including AI-assisted content.

8. Availability & warranty

We work to keep PullPress available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the availability of GitHub or other third-party services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PullPress is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Because your content lives in your own repository, you always retain an independent copy.

10. Termination

You may stop using PullPress and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination your content remains in your Git repository.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll update the date below and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
