Terms of service
Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and DIGT CONSULTING BV, Muidepoort 46, 9000 Gent, Belgium, Company no. BE0783.477.116, VAT BE0783.477.116 (“we”, “us”), the operator of PullPress.
By creating an account or using PullPress, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. If you use PullPress on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization, and “you” means that organization.
2. The service
PullPress is a content management interface for websites whose content lives in Git. Editors write in a friendly editor; PullPress turns changes into commits and pull requests in your connected GitHub repository, with review and history.
3. Business use and consumers
PullPress is offered to businesses, organizations and professionals. If you are nevertheless a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a paid subscription. Because the service starts immediately at your express request, you agree when subscribing — by ticking the terms box at checkout — that it begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided; if you withdraw earlier, you pay only for the period used. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence always continue to apply.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 16).
5. Your content and data
You retain all rights to your content. It lives in your own GitHub repository, not ours. You grant us permission to access and modify that repository through the GitHub App solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to it.
Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example about the editors you invite), our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms. How we handle personal data ourselves is described in the privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use PullPress to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where reasonable.
7. Plans, prices and billing
Free covers a single site with one writer, with no time limit; there is no separate trial. Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe: Pro per writing seat, Agency as a base fee plus a fee per active (non-archived) client site. Reading and approving are always free.
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout where applicable (business customers in the EU can enter a VAT id for reverse charge). Changes to your team or connected sites adjust the subscription automatically, prorated.
You can switch plan or cancel from the billing portal at any time; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting a workspace (or the account of its only member) cancels its subscription immediately. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a limited period while the plan keeps working; if it keeps failing, the workspace falls back to the Free plan. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing period, and you may cancel before it does.
8. AI features
AI helpers produce suggestions (translations, summaries, quality checks, generated images). A human always reviews and saves the result; AI never publishes on its own. You are responsible for content you choose to publish, including AI-assisted content. Paid plans include fair-use AI budgets; when a budget is used up, AI pauses until the next month.
9. Availability
We work to keep PullPress available and publish our measured uptime on the status page, but we do not offer a contractual service level (SLA) or service credits. We may perform maintenance, and we are not responsible for the availability of GitHub or other third-party services. Because your site is built from your own repository, an outage of PullPress does not take your website offline.
10. Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost data that you could have restored from your repository), and our total liability per calendar year is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or €100 on the Free plan). Because your content lives in your own repository, you always retain an independent copy.
11. Termination and data deletion
You may stop using PullPress at any time. Deleting your account (Profile → Delete account) removes your account data immediately; if you are the only member of a workspace, that workspace is deleted too. A workspace owner can delete a workspace from its settings, which removes its sites, members and workflow data from PullPress and cancels its subscription. Database backups roll over within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, or end the service with at least 60 days' notice. On termination your content remains in your Git repository, and you can export your account data from your profile beforehand.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date and version below and notify account holders by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and the courts competent for our registered office have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory protections and courts available to consumers in their country of residence.
